Support Miss Day

This year, Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga is dedicating our campaign to Day Trading, affectionately known around the farm as "Miss Day."

Foaled in Kentucky in 1997, Miss Day is our oldest Thoroughbred resident. She is the daughter of Champion Two-Year-Old Colt Capote and granddaughter of Triple Crown winner Seattle Slew. While her pedigree is impressive, those who know her best would tell you she's most famous for her sweet and gentle personality and her love of splashing through puddles.

Today, Miss Day enjoys a peaceful retirement at THS, where she serves as a reminder of why Thoroughbred aftercare matters. Like all of the horses in our care, she deserves the opportunity to age with dignity, comfort, and the highest quality care.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to cover one year of Miss Day's basic care, including feed, hay, veterinary services, farrier care, and everything needed to keep her healthy and thriving.

At Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, retired racehorses continue making an impact long after their racing careers have ended. Through their presence, they help support our mission of Helping Horses, Healing Humans, connecting with Individuals, Children, Families, Couples, Veterans and Service Members, and all others in need of mental health support.

Your gift helps ensure that horses like Miss Day receive the care they deserve while continuing to inspire and support our community.

Thank you for being part of Miss Day's story.

Mission
